How much does a website cost?

How long does it take to get a site?

Your new site is ready as soon as you sign up, and you can start customizing it immediately!

Can I use my new website for my team or company?

Yes! Our websites work wonderfully for single agents, teams, and brokerages.

How does my website connect to Facebook and Twitter?

Every time there is something to share on your website, your Facebook and Twitter accounts will be updated with links to the appropriate pages. These could include breaking real estate news, a sale or new listing in your office, or a new blog post.

Do I have to upload my listings?

No! Your website will connect to your MLS board (Sandicor, SoCalMLS, MRMLS, CLAW) hourly to synchronize your personal and office listings to update your featured homes pages and MLS search. All listing information pages update automatically with all property fields and photos, so you never have to lift a finger!

Do other agents' information show on my home search?

No! We are required by the MLS boards to display the listing brokerage name ONLY. All contact forms and information will lead directly to you.

How will my blog work?

Your blog will automatically be updated when: you or your office list a property or sell a property, with breaking real estate news, or when you write a new blog post.

Do you write content for my site?

We fill your site with pre-written pages that have proven to be successful at generating leads. You are free to edit these pages when you site is up, or add your own content as you wish. We offer roughly 50 pre-written pages on topics like buying a home, selling a home, foreclosures, short sales, getting a mortgage, the escrow process, and more.

How can I edit my site?

Every site we make comes with powerful back office software that allows you to edit your site, including adding content, featured homes pages, blog posts, videos and more.

How many pages do I get?

Unlimited pages and links!

Does my site generate leads?

Yes! This is the main purpose of your website. Every aspect of your site that we design is geared toward generating leads for you.

Can I put video on my site?

Absolutely! It is fast and easy to add video to your site, and we encourage it!

Can I get a solution for my whole office?

Yes - we usually make two or three layouts for a brokerage, and offer them to the agents at discounted prices if the broker is our client.

What areas do you service?

Can I get a custom logo designed?

Sure!

Can I use my existing domain name?

Yes! We can point your existing domain name at your new site, or help you purchase a new domain name.

What about Search Engine Optimization (SEO)?

After a detailed interview with you about your target cilents and services, we research keywords using Google's online tools. We then integrate those keywords throughout your site so that they are found by search engines like Google, Yahoo, etc. After the initial set up, we (and you) can monitor your site using Google Analytics®, the internet standard for website tracking and analysis.

How does your billing work?

We bill your credit card account each month on the 1st. We do not require a contract or time commitment from you, so your service continues at the price that you signed up with as long as you are a paying client!

Can I get personalized email boxes?

Yes! We can help you create personalized email addresses that end in your domain name, and you can create and edit them through our back office software.
